A-D Distributing Company is a family owned business. It has been in the same family for over 50 years, and is run by the daughter-in-law and grandson of the founder. Our business began in 1958 as Auto Dealers Distributing, and later shortened to A-D Distributing. We have been in business since 1958 and in our current location since about 1968. We located near the heart of downtown Des Moines just west of the state capital, in the historic "East Village" of Des Moines.

The first products we began selling were new and used wheel covers and we still sell them today. Our line has expanded much over the years and the business has changed a lot along with the automotive industry. Today our line includes forms and windshield advertising to auto plate inserts for dealers and much, much more. We also carry a full line of flags and flagpoles.
